About Aruni

Aruni Phonphong is a leading expert on facial yoga in Thailand. She is passionate in her work and has a fantastic life style as Managing Director of Aruni Gems International Trading Co., Ltd touring the globe for gem shows and spends part of her week working and teaching people in her pet subject and famous past time facial yoga.

She has been featured as a facial yoga expert for many events nationally and internationally. Her book “Facial Yoga for Beauty and beyond” will be published by Impress books in June 2010.

Aruni Phonphong is the Editor in Chief of the online journal Facets of Sri Lanka a journal for education on gemstones. Through her work with FACETS, she supports research and education on gemology and safeguard’s in gem buying. She also leads facial yoga teacher trainings that take a unique and integrative approach to facial yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. She has taught the psychology, philosophy, and practices of facial yoga in studios and at conferences around the world and her weekend facial yoga courses through “Facial Yoga for Beauty and beyond” have reached students around Thailand.
